W dniu 13 maja w przedszkolu odbyło się spotkanie autorskie z panią Barbarą Wicher w którym uczestniczyły dzieci z grup: VI, VII i VIII.
Pani Barbara Wicher to współczesna polska pisarka i tłumaczka z języka francuskiego. Jest autorką licznych książek dla dzieci i młodzieży m.in.: „Tomo, niezwykły przyjaciel”, „Ada chce spać”, „Skradziona korona”, „Puszyste przygody kotki Figi” i wielu innych.
Z wykształcenia nauczycielka. Zamieszkała w Blois we Francji.
Podczas spotkania pisarka zapoznała dzieci z etapami powstawania książki i rolą pisarza w jej tworzeniu. Pani Basia przeczytała także dzieciom fragment swojej książki pt. „Słonik jest wyjątkowy”.
Dzieci miały także możliwość zakupu wybranej książki i zdobycia autografu pisarki.
